Registration & Publication Guidelines

Author Registration Policy

• At least one author of every accepted paper must register by the specified deadline for the paper.
• Registration covers the publication fee and participation in all technical sessions of the conference.
• One registration is valid for one paper only. Additional accepted papers by the same first author require an additional paper registration fee.

Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

1. Complete Payment
   • Transfer the applicable registration fee to the designated bank account provided above.
   • Keep a scanned copy of the payment receipt for submission.
2. Complete Online Registration
   • Access the Registration Form through the following link:

3. Enter Participant Details
   • Provide your Full Name and Email ID.
   • Enter the title of your submitted paper in the relevant field.
4. Upload Payment Information
   • Enter the payment date.
   • Upload the e-receipt of your conference registration payment.
5. Presentation Mode
   • Confirm your preferred presentation mode (On-site / Online) in the registration form.
6. Presenter Details
   • Complete all required presenter details in the registration form before submission.
7. Submit the Registration Form:
   • After submitting the registration form, a presentation time slot will be assigned to your paper and communicated via email. The conference program will also be made available on the conference website.

Registration Includes

• Two full days of expert insights from top-tier presenters.
• Certificate of Participation OR Presentation of Paper for a registered person only.
• Inclusion in Springer PROMS, if presented in the conference and accepted by editors.

Important Information for Registration

• The deadline for registration can be seen in the important dates. It is important that at least one author per accepted paper registers on or before the deadline.
• Authors registration includes the submission of up to ten (10) pages for full paper.
• At least one author must register and need to attend the conference to present the paper in person or virtual mode.
• Participants/Attendees/Listeners are also invited.
• Certificate of presentation shall be issued only if the paper is presented either in person or through virtual platform.
• IAASSE Members must mention their membership UID during registration and submit a copy of the membership card during conference.
• Non IAASSE Members please enter the code "IAASSEICCIIoT 2026" as Membership UID in the registration portal.
• In no case, registration fee shall be refunded.
