The ICET-25 registration fees are as follows.

Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

Complete Payment
- Transfer the applicable registration fee to the above account.
- Keep the scanned copy of the payment receipt.
Upload Proof of Payment
- Log in to the conference submission portal.
- Upload the receipt under your Accepted Paper ID.
Submit Camera-Ready Paper
- Revise your paper according to the reviewers’ comments.
- Ensure the manuscript follows the IEEE camera-ready format.
- Upload the final version by December 10, 2025.
Register for Participation
- Confirm whether you will present in Hybrid Mode (On-site/Online).
- Complete presenter details in the registration form.

Two full days of expert insights from top-tier presenters.
Certificate of Participation OR Presentation of Paper for a registered person only.

The deadline for registration can be seen in the important dates. It is important that at least one author per accepted paper registers on or before the deadline.
Authors registration includes the submission of up to ten (10) pages for full paper.
Registration covers publication fee and participation in all technical sessions.
One registration covers one paper. Additional accepted papers by the same first author require an additional paper fee
At least one author must register and need to attend the conference to present the paper in person or virtual mode.
Participants/Attendees/Listeners are also invited.
Certificate of presentation shall be issued only if the paper is presented either in person or through virtual platform.
In no case, registration fee shall be refunded.
